Hot Springs
We drove into Hot Springs for the day. It had a lot more traffic than
we'd seen the whole week. We made appointments at Quapaw Baths, then went to the park visitor center
and to the top of the mountain tower. Our camera battery died before we could take any pictures
from the tower. Hot Springs was the strangest National Park we've ever visited; the main thing to
see is historic buildings and the actual hot springs are only visible in fountains.

we took turns taking mineral baths at Quapaw Baths, in one of the historic 1920s buildings (modernized inside)
